New Discount Program for MEDEM regular customers

Dear Customers!

Thank you for choosing MEDEM International Clinic  

You are welcomed to join our new Discount Program for MEDEM regular customers.

As MEDEM regular customer you accumulate amounts paid for medical services, and they are credited at your personal account (Picture 1).

If you are also paying the services provided to your relatives’ or friends, for your convenience several accounts can be consolidated within one Discount Program (Agreement).

Payer under the Agreement can introduce changes such as: include or exclude patients from the patients list.

Should more than 1 person get medical services under one Discount Program (Agreement), the following discount system is applied (Picture 2).

We apply discounts to MEDEM Clinic medical services if paid by the Customer himself (services paid by Insurance Companies are not included into the Discount Program) and if paid in due time.

Discounts cannot be applied to:

• Special offers, promotion sales and medical packages
• Medical services rendered outside MEDEM clinic
• Medicines and medical disposables.
